John Singleton
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Singleton has over 30 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.  Over the course of his career, he has held executive management positions  and led the supply chain management teams at various companies including Ascena (Ann Inc), Abercrombie & Fitch and JCPenney.  Mr. Singleton is a retired US Air Force Lt. Colonel, and holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a MA in Economics from Oklahoma University.


Karla Hatley
President, North America

Ms. Hatley has more than 30 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Over the course of her career, she has held executive leadership roles within Wen-Parker Logistics, and began her logistics career in 1990 at what is now known as L Brands.


Stephane Miralles
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Miralles brings more than 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounting management in multi-countries organizations, with a strong focus in driving change management. Prior to joining Wen-Parker, Stephane held a range of senior finance positions in various sectors including hospitality with the Accor Group, architecture and interior design with the DWP Group, and real estate. Originally from France, Stephane has been based in Asia for 18 years and holds a Masters of Finance and Management from the Burgundy School of Business.


Sum Ho
Managing Director, Greater China East and Southeast Asia

Mr. Ho has over 20 years of experience working in freight forwarding and international transportation. Prior to joining Wen-Parker in 2001, Mr. Ho held a number of sales, business development, and general management positions for large multi-national corporations such as Star Trans and FedEx. Mr. Ho holds an undergraduate degree in social sciences.


Vikas Khullar
Managing Director, India, South Asia and Middle East

Mr. Khullar has over 25 years of experience in the international freight forwarding and supply chain industry. Prior to joining Wen-Parker Logistics in 2000, Mr. Khullar held a number of branch, regional, and country level management positions across India with Dart Express. Mr. Khullar holds both undergraduate and graduate level degrees in general management and administration.


Brady Borycki
Executive Vice-President, Global Business Development

Mr. Borycki has 35 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics. Over the course of his career Mr. Borycki has held senior level sales, global account management and trade lane development positions with BAX Global (now part of DB Schenker), UPS, and SDV (a Bollore company). For most of his career Mr. Borycki has focused on the fashion vertical market and he has worked with some of the world’s most well-known brand names both across the U.S. and across the globe. Mr. Borycki holds undergraduate degrees in marketing and business administration.


Mike Bolduc
Vice-President, Global Business Development

Mr. Bolduc has two decades of experience in the freight forwarding & logistics industry, including 12 years focusing on the Retail & Fashion Vertical Market. For most of his career, Mr. Bolduc’s work has focused on many of the largest names in retail both in North America as well as internationally. He has also held senior level sales roles for organizations such as BAX Global (DB Schenker), Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, and Bollore Logistics (formally SDV) & holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Political Science from The University of Southern Maine.


Shana Riggs
Vice-President, Operations

Ms. Riggs has over 20 years of experience in the Global Supply Chain, Trade and Logistics Industry. Shana has held key operational roles with BAX Global (DB Schenker), ANN Inc. and was the VP of Operations at Chico’s FAS. Ms. Riggs recently owned her own consulting firm and worked with some of the biggest up and coming companies in the global retail marketplace. Over her career Shana has demonstrated strong operational skills spread over the retail vertical, distribution, FTZ, with superior focus on supply chain strategy and supply chain management functions.


Sam Wang
Vice-President, IT Enterprise Services

Mr. Wang has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and has held senior level management positions at IBM and hospitality firms The Wendy’s Company, Quality Supply Chain Co-op, and Bob Evans Farms.  Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds various IT certifications.


Bob O’Neill
Vice-President, Finance

Mr. O’Neill has more than 30 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles in finance and accounting in Canada and in the USA. He has worked for UTi, DSV, and Janel Group.


Lee Yee Lee
Group Financial Controller

Ms. Lee has 20 years of experience in Accounting & Finance in multi-national corporations. She started her career at Ernst & Young Kuala Lumpur as auditor. Prior to joining Wen-Parker, she has held managerial finance positions in various industries including healthcare, media agency and airline. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce (major in Accounting & Finance) from Monash University, Clayton campus in Melbourne. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant registered with CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant registered with Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
